What's the role?

As a Fleet Assistant based out of our Brisbane office you will be primarily responsible for assisting the Fleet team with administrative tasks, recruiting of subcontractor drivers and ensuring the fleet numbers and types of vehicles on board meet the business requirements.

What you need is:

To be successful, the ideal applicant will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

• Excellent phone manner
• Excellent communication skills (written, listening and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and manage workloads effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• A strong understanding of Chain or Responsibility and all the core aspects
• Sound computer knowledge with proficiency working with Microsoft Office
• Experience in an office-based environment (ideal but not essential)
• Previous experience working within logistics/transport (ideal but not essential)
• Resilience, passion and ability to work at pace and under pressure
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities
