What's the role?

Based out of our Sydney office as a Query Operator, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the effectively management of various query channels by means of monitoring and maintaining an up-to-date record of job notes including job changes and history, client requests and query responses and messages. You will liaise across various internal departments as well as with drivers when resolving queries.

As part of the role, you will also be responsible for providing assistance to dispatch by monitoring dispatch channels and allocating jobs to drivers in a manner that is efficient and cost-effective.

• Previous experience working with the transport industry in a similar role

• Good understanding of the geographical suburbs in and around Sydney

• Strong computer knowledge

• Resilience, passion and ability to work at pace and under pressure

• A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results
